Hawaii VIP Host provides:

• Event concierge and celebration planning for visitors

• Social media management, influencer marketing, and event production for local businesses

• Event and venue security, provided through our partnership with Paradise Protections

Specific services, pricing, and terms for your event or campaign will be confirmed directly with you before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer until confirmed in writing.

Inquiries and Bookings

Submitting a form on this website is a request for information, not a confirmed booking. Services are confirmed only after direct communication and, where applicable, a signed agreement.

Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 7 business days before your event qualify for a partial refund of any payments beyond the deposit. Because we coordinate with outside vendors, their individual cancellation policies may also apply and could affect your refund eligibility.

Third-Party Vendors and Partners

Some services, including security staffing through Paradise Protections and event production with third-party venues, are fulfilled in coordination with independent partners. We coordinate these relationships on your behalf, but each partner operates under its own terms and licensing.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, belongs to Hawaii VIP Host unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Disclaimers

Services are provided based on information available at the time of booking. We are not responsible for circumstances outside our control, including weather, venue availability, or third-party vendor performance, though we will work to resolve issues as they arise.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hawaii VIP Host's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or emotional distress, arising from our services or your event.

We coordinate with independent third-party vendors, including venues, influencers, and security personnel provided through our partnership with Paradise Protections. These vendors are not our employees or agents. We are not liable for their acts, omissions, negligence, or failure to perform, though we will make reasonable efforts to select qualified partners and address issues that arise.

We are not liable for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, venue closures, travel disruptions, or government orders that affect your event.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under Hawaii law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our own negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
